Fiorenza was founded on December 1st of 2012 by Roberto Persi, the original chef of Toscana in Italy, and his wife Fiorenza in the suburbs of San José del Cabo. After two years they changed their headquarters to the touristic zone in San José. Thanks to the great service and the wonderful taste of the authentic Italian food the place has been a complete success.

This restaurant is a little hard to find (set back off the street) but is worth the search. The food is very good and service is excellent.

Super detalle que tuvieron al tener nuestra mesa reservada conjunto globo de felicitación de cumpleaños! La comida muy rica y las bebidas también. Solo que si se tardaron un poco en servirlos. Buena atención de Kevin nuestro mesero pero puede mejorar El ambiente muy agradable y la cantante buenísima 👌 Segunda vez que voy y sí regresaría. Pasé un feliz cumpleaños Gracias por todo

Delicious Italian that never disappoints. Servings are small for pasta, but it is good. Service is on point. Live Music completed a great dinner experience.

Although we made a reservation through Open Table, and reconfirmed on the day before we went there, they tried to fit our party of six at a table for four. We had to argue with the manager to allow us to sit at a larger table, but only if we agreed to leave 90 minutes. The food at Fiorenza is always great, but the management is very poor.

Great service from Jorge Food was moderately good, pizza crust overcooked and mushrooms not pre cooked made the pizza a little soaky. Owner by same owner as Jazmins a little pricey…
