Fiorenza was founded on December 1st of 2012 by Roberto Persi, the original chef of Toscana in Italy, and his wife Fiorenza in the suburbs of San José del Cabo. After two years they changed their headquarters to the touristic zone in San José. Thanks to the great service and the wonderful taste of the authentic Italian food the place has been a complete success.

Love, love, love our dinner on Thursday night! It was busy but we had reservations and were seated quickly. There were 3 of us and we requested separate checks without issue! The salads were generous! I took half the caprese salad home and also half my shrimp with an Alfredo pesto sauce home made pasta! They had a singer who completed the mood! I’ll be back!

What a great meal! The service was friendly and accommodating. We had a birthday to celebrate and Jorge and staff made sure it went off without a hitch. Thank you all!

Absolutely completely fabulous! First of all the ambience was fantastic. What a beautiful little find! And the food was beyond spectacular. The prosciutto and melon salad was to die for, and my meal, which was the lemon creamy chicken with capers was out of this world!!! Staff amazing as well!

The restaurant is nice, we ate outside which you could tell use to be a courtyard. There is a massage spa entrance amongst the tables., which was strange as people were walking through the dining room to go in and leave the business. The waiter was new but did his best. We had to ask for water after receiving food and again when all our cups were empty but not a big deal . They were busy. All our entrees came out hot except one of our party and her ravioli was cold. Sent it back and she did not get her plate until everyone else was done. Food was good, they had a lovely singer, and they did remake the cold dish which is what too so long. Nothing spectacular but not bad.
