Service was slow, we ordered before 2 other tables but their food came out first and we had to ask where our starters were. Starters were disappointing but edible and we were starving by that point, had been sat for an hour by then. Once starters were cleared we waited another 30 minutes for the mains. When they came the food was shocking, we both had Double Cheese burgers, tiny burgers cooked until they were like rubber, one small blob of cheese was all I could find, chewy bacon, and a huge stale bun. Fries under cooked, coleslaw had large end slices of cabbage in.
There were only 6 tables of people, 5 x 2 and 1 x 4. A third of the menu wasn’t available due to a missing delivery and the front of house staff consisted of 2, one of which was clearly new and nervous and the other looked like they’d lost the will to live.
Oh, and the table next to us complained about their food too.

We take feedback very importantly as it helps us to improve, which is something we are always trying to do in all areas, especially customer service.
We do feel we offer good service to our customers, our waitresses who are trained to a high standard did perform a routine check to ensure food and drinks were of quality, but unfortunately when asked, there were no concerns raised during their communication.
