    I feel the chicken and beef chunk containers should be in the front and not the back as you have to lean under the glass too far for it. Also, the co trainers for it are quite small and should be larger. Busy the time u fill up your bowl anyway not much chicken or beef will be put in the bowl anyway so your not gonna lose money. The line backs up cuz people can’t get the frigging meat. Also, have extra high chairs so I won’t have to listen to a lady go bezerk over having a reservation and not enough high chairs. She ruined my birthday dinner!!!!!

    it’s kind of a self service type of restaurant so you pick your food and they take it to the grill and they cook it for you and then you take it to your table. Our server was good. I didn’t notice the manager was there and never once came to our table maybe because I had kids with me, but he went all the other tables. Just saying🤷🏽‍♀️

    Rude cook - ruined entire experience. First time & last time. Not clean and not kid friendly at all.

    The IG reel suggestions did not match the food items available at the restaurant. The IG showed how to make certain items but the location did not have the ingredients. However All in all it was a great experience.

    My family and I have been coming to Fire & Ice since we discovered it in 2015 after a long day at Disneyland, and it has been a favorite ever since! The atmosphere is always lively, and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. What really sets this place apart is the unique experience of being able to create your own dish from a wide variety of fresh ingredients, and then watching it get cooked right in front of you. The food is always delicious, and it’s fun to customize your meal exactly how you like it. We’ve never had a bad experience here—highly recommend for a fun and interactive dining experience!
