    We wanted sparking and the first bottle we wanted, the Gruet for $50 was out of stock. The second individual glasses we tried to order, a rose, was out of stock. We would have purchased the Moet but at $110 that is absurd so we ended up doing half bottles of the Roderer. I feel like we should have been given better pricing considering you were out of stock for the other two. The service was fine. The prime sliders and fries were amazing! Get more bubbles!!

    The were unable to make the drink my wife requested. They ran out of Maker's Mark when they went to make her second choice. My steak was under cooked and had to be sent back and cooked for additional time, and the 12oz ribeye was stringy and tough. Not their finest hour.

    We had reservations for 2 at 5:30 on Christmas Eve (which we booked in October). We arrived around 5:20 and were called to the front for seating at 5:31. Our server was outstanding. Food was very good and earned a 4, but could have been a 5 based on past experience but some things were off target just a bit, probably due to the huge Christmas Eve crowd and load on the kitchen. (We’ve been here several time before, so we know that FB is almost always 5-stars across the board.) The biggest downside is the noise level in the restaurant which makes conversations difficult.

    As always, Firebirds doesn’t disappoint. Food was great, server was top notch and those black diamond martinis were delish. Jim the manager was welcoming as always.

    Took the family here Christmas Eve, wonderful experience. Staff were on top of it and friendly. Service was fast and the food was excellent as usual!
