    My party arrived earlier than we expected (about 40 minutes) and we only had a short wait before we were seated. This was our first and definitely not our last time dining at Firebirds. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Thank you Firebirds staff for making my mother in law’s birthday an enjoyable experience.

    We have noticed on our last several visits that knats ( fruit flies) are flying around. Particularly bad in the booth section closest to the bar and bathrooms.

    Last minute reservation - so we sat at a table near the kitchen and bussing station, although other tables available. They were busy and it was a little loud, but we could carry on a conversation. Had to wait for bar drinks and had to ask for bread. We shared a salad, and they split it for us which was really nice! Entrees came out before we were finished with salads, so it was a little rushed. We both ordered prime rib. The food was delicious! Good value for the money, and they boxed up left overs for us.

    Service was poor. Waitress was nice but we had to ask for bread inititally and food took an hour and came out in stages as opposed to all at once. Very loud. Price of food was ok overall but service did not match. Cancelled xmas eve reservations.

    Went there for lunch on a Monday afternoon. Good reception, fast seating, and attentive service. We got the pick 2 option for lunch. My BLT salad was overdressed and my cheeseburger was barely warm although cooked way past medium. My spouse's chili was heavy on onions and his tiny flavorless chicken filet was overwhelmed by the untoasted bun. It was lunch and we were in a hurry and didn't complain. We have been to Firebird's many times and notice the kitchen is just not as good as it used to be. May be due to corporate decisions rather than the cook.
