    I take employees and business customers to this location frequently. Always excellent service and high food quality. Management comes around and checks on the service. A++ restaurant.

    My friends and I celebrated a birthday and had delicious burgers and salad. Our server Michael was very attentive and kind to us. Thanks so much and we will definitely be back.

    We had a great waiter, Ryan, who was very attentive and polite. The old fashioned I had was a good drink but, short in the pour. My wife’s margarita was very good. The starter salads had very small , chopped, pieces of tomato. A fair amount of iceberg lettuce was used as well…..not really artisan. The salmon entrees were well portioned but, a bit overcooked. The medley of vegetables and baked potato was okay. Please stop salting baked potatoes, they are not french fries. Overall the food was at best was a 3 star. The Cline old vine Zinfandel I ordered was syrupy and junk, really a bad choice on my part. I had two sips. Most of the wine on the wine list was really average quality and unremarkable wine marked up 200-300 %. I travel a fair amount and eat out more than I want to. This restaurant chain isn’t worth returning for a second meal.

    Firebirds Restaurant of Erie, PA. was amazing! My wife and I have wanted to go there for years, and we finally got to yesterday. It is such a beautiful place, so cozy and comfortable. The food was outstanding and cooked to perfection. The service was spot on in every way possible. Our Server (Kaylyn), was simply the best. So friendly, personable, and caring. She paid attention to every detail possible. The manager even came out to say greet us. If you want a wonderful place to go for lunch or dinner, this is the place!

    What a great place to celebrate our Veterans! Firebird's offers a full free meal to any veteran off their regular menu regardless of price. We chose the the 3 course meal which offered a appetizer, (many to chose from) a steak, fish or chicken entree and a dessert for $39.99 if you weren't a vet, Vets meal was free. We chose the chicken tortilla soup, grilled steak and creme brulee cheesecake and were not disappointed. It was perfect. The portions were huge and plentiful. Many leftovers were taken home to enjoy the next day. Our server, Madison, was fabulous!

    Our meals were delicious. I had the salmon entree. It was cooked perfectly and served with a tasty mixed vegetables. My husband had a full rack of ribs. They were tender & in a delicious sauce. Our server, Madeline, was friendly & efficient. We took advantage of the Veteran's Day promotion, receiving one complimentary entree. Definitely a win, win, win....good food, excellent service& excellent pricing

    The food was delicious and beautifully prepared and the staff members were exemplar, friendly and supportive. It was a lovely evening in a lovely venue. I will assuredly recommend Firebirds to my friends. Thank you so very much.

    Overall a great meal and terrific service. The sea bass was delicious! The cocktails were well made! I appreciate that they accommodate gluten allergies and the food still tastes great
