    The service was as expected which was outstanding. The GM stopped by to introduce himself and ensure that everything was to our expectations. My wife and I each had a different hamburger, both were cooked perfectly just as we ordered. The steak fries were simply delicious, seasoned perfectly. Overall, it was a perfect experience and we will be back.

    We are regulars, often dining here 3-4 times per month. Definitely a different experience last night than usual.

    This was our first opportunity to go out for a steak dinner since March due to an illness. We all enjoyed our meal, the drinks and dessert. Firebirds doesn’t disappoint.

    We always enjoy Firebirds and often try new menu items. All entries were delicious and we also shared Bananas Foster bread pudding and Creme Brulee cheesecake. Yum!

    Our server was extremely kind and helpful since it was our first time there! I love their espresso martini I had like 5 of them! I got the Caesar salad to start and it was one of the best I have ever had! The croutons have a chipotle type of taste so delicious and the lettuce is fresh and crisp. The steak was reasonably priced and good value! Cooked perfectly to a medium, I love this restaurant definitely will be back!

    My husband and I have been here a few times and sat at the bar and had some drinks and appetizers. Last night was the first time we had a full steak dinner and invited friends. Although the flavor profile was really good on our steaks, all of them were pretty tough. That tells me the quality of the steak is not that good or they’re just old . Made me sad because I really wanted to like this place . unfortunately, we will not be dining for dinner again
