    This is my third time here and I will never be back. It used to be great, but the quality has diminished. I ordered the prime rib, which I ordered last time and loved. Over half of it was inedible and all fat. I know prime rib is fatty, but this slice shouldn’t have been served for $38.95. It was a thin slice and very chewy. It probably had 2 ounces of actual meat on it. The southwest au gratin potatoes were too spicy so I got tater tots instead, but they were salty and oily that there was barely any soft potato inside left. My boyfriend got the 9 oz filet mignon and it was served in two pieces. A classy cut such as filet mignon for $39.95 should be one solid cut of meat. It was cooked as requested but wasn’t seasoned. Their plating is nothing special. The fact that we were actually served such a terrible cut of prime rib and a filet mignon in 2 pieces shows the standards of this establishment, which is low quality. Either nobody checks for quality after plating or nobody cares. Waste of money. Our server was friendly. The front of the house is chaotic. Had to wait 10 minutes by the door (it was freezing) to be seated after having a reservation and arriving on time. We could see and hear the servers and management venting about something and behaving poorly.

    Ok..Idk where to start! Came across this restaurant on open table & thought I should give it a try. So glad I did! It was busy so we had a little wait before we got seated! We were escorted to our table & given a menu. Greg (another server came over introduced himself & told us that Dave will be with us shortly. Greg also asked if he can take our drink order, then Dave arrived! He introduced himself & gave us suggestions on drinks & menu options. The food came out & was luke warm but amazing! Drinks were amazing! I asked for the manager & Dave was clueless as to what my issue was but went to get the manager without hesitation. Tim came out & introduced himself & wasn’t a bit worried that I had a complaint! He was very professional & welcoming! I explained to him I just wanted to give his team a compliment. I will definitely add this restaurant to my favs! I will also recommend this restaurant to family & friends.

    Great birthday celebration with a dear friend. Server and delivery of food was timely. Food was delicious. Room was full so it was a little loud but not too bad. Nice way to start the weekend!

    Ordered the Caesar salad - it had shaved cheese that looked like it had been dried for a few weeks. Could not break it with fork. Then a medium prime rib came out well done. Asked for a Medium (pink) piece and server said it was pink in the middle. We cut into it and it was so tough it was hard to cut even with their sharp steak knife. So it went back and they brought a piece of rare (almost mooing) and called it medium. Sent that back. So they offered to get me a rib eye steak which was ok but a little tough. If these pieces of meat are aged 20 days I’ll eat my hat. They gave me a complimentary drink. Overall not a nice experience. Server tried her best. Won’t be getting any beef from here ever again. Portion sizes are large if you are hungry.
