   My wife and I had the 3 course meal and it was amazing. The food was outstanding and the value for it was great! Going to be bringing other family members here.

   Food was excellent. Service was extremely rushed and unnecessary because our reservations were late and we were among the last sitting for the evening. Entree served well before salad finished. Server tried to clear our dishes and the table before we were finished. Anxious to put our dessert in a to-go box while we were still sharing.

   The food was very good, but the servers brought us the wrong dish or a dish that wasn’t ordered twice. It was difficult to hear the server due to the noise level. Also, it was my daughter’s birthday. I had included that in the reservation. The greeter said happy birthday, but the waiter had no idea. He also didn’t know about the free dessert for the person celebrating their birthday. He was pleasant and tried to make things right. He commented that it was his first day.

   We stopped by Firebirds for the rib special, excellent tender ribs and plentiful sides. Stop in while the full rack is on sale through the end of the month.

   My wife and I visited Firebirds with my son, daughter in law and two year old granddaughter. Our server was Emily and she was outstanding. Emily was joyful and made the evening feel very special for us! Emily accommodated the need for our granddaughter to be served as soon as possible and had a smile each time she arrived to our table. She could not have done anything else to make our early evening feel any more special. She is a credit to your organization and exemplifies what outstanding service means!

   The server was amazing and the only redeeming thing about the experience. The steaks were horribly overcooked, and the rest of the food was pretty basic American fare.
