    Our waiter was pretty good the kitchen was the problem. Two meal came out, seriously 10 minutes late the next 4 meals and another 5 or so minutes the final meal. Also it took them Three tries to get one of of Steaks to be cooked medium. Quite disappointing for the price pint

    Our waitress Diamond was the best part of our visit to this restaurant. We had a reservation and we still had to wait about 15 minutes before we were seated people who arrived after us were seated before us. We were seated and we received our water right away and we placed our order and it took almost an hour to actually get our food and then I had to send back my steak because it was basically raw. We will never dine at this restaurant again based on this experience. You need to do better than especially because this was New Year's Eve and we spent over $200 for a poor experience.

    Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t a positive one. Perhaps it had something to do with being the holiday or short staffed.  The wait time to get our food was a while, and our steaks were rare when we ordered them medium.

    We spent New Year’s Eve at Firebirds and it was a mess. Overall the meal took 3 hours and we had no appetizers or drinks, the food just took that long. Most of the food came out cold, our one steak that was supposed to be mid rare came out so well done you couldn’t even cut it. It took 25 mins to make a new one which at that point everyone else was finished. Our bread pudding, which should be a warm dessert came out straight from the fridge and was terrible. We made our issues known and the manager did nothing in the way of compensation. It really was a terrible way to end the year and was not an inexpensive night out for what we received. We will not be returning.

    Our waiter was friendly but seemed inexperienced and nervous. Service was slow, but we attributed that to the restaurant likely being short-staffed like many others. The menu is extensive but we thought the food was just ok. My steak was undercooked and we waited quite a while to get that resolved. Everyone else was finished eating by the time they returned with my steak (which appeared to be the same one I returned, only significantly smaller and with no bacon wrapped on it). When we received our check, we realized we had been charged for a much more expensive bottle of wine than we ordered. A manager resolved the price discrepancy with the wine and removed my steak from our bill, so overall we were satisfied when we left, but I don't think we'd go out of our way to go back.

    The food at Firebird was AMAZING! The waitress was friendly, respectful and helpful. However, the restaurant lighting was too strong and too concentrated right above the tables. It was like sitting under a spotlight.

    We have always had amazing food here and the service was fantastic this time around also. Our server went out of her way to ensure drinks never went dry and was waiting on several tables…just amazing service and recommend this to all my local and out of towners!

    Service was pretty good and wait staff was attentive. It took awhile to be seated and bread took awhile despite the place not being busy at all. They seemed to be understaffed. There were multiple empty tables but the one we were seated at had dirty plates that had to be returned, our silverware was wrapped in dirty stained napkins, and we had to wipe lots of crumbs off the table. My steak was a little lukewarm but it was very good along with the lobster fondue and paired with au gratin potatoes. The food and service were the highlights.
