   Great food and great service with a great price! The appetizers and entrees were great! Definitely would recommend it if you’re looking for a spot that is reasonably priced and not in the tourist areas of Orlando.

   We visited Firebirds on Easter Sunday. The food was excellent, and our server Alex made our visit awesome! The ambience was also great.

   The food quality was excellent as always in the last few months since the change in management. But SERVICE sucks. The more we come the more obvious it is that’s the servers receive absolutely no training.

   We had a very nice time. Our server was great, attentive and friendly. The food was delicious! We look forward to our next visit here. A+ night!

   The waitress was awesome. The delivery of food was poor and quality was poor. One person waited 20 minutes for his meal after everyone else was served. Another persons food came out well done instead of rare and it took 15 minutes to correct. The third persons chicken was over cooked and rubbery. They did remove two of meals however quality was poor and not a good experience.

   Overall, we had a nice time. Our sever was amazing, drinks were good, but the food wasn’t hot. This I was out second visit and we experienced the same thing. We ordered steak and the steak was room temperature by the time they brought our food out to us. Even the pasta meal wasn’t hot. But we enjoyed ourselves and may return for happy hours.
