   Brunch for a friends birthday was my first visit. Sorry to say it was very disappointing. We ordered the crab cakes Benedict, they were greasy, over salted and we were both served one in pieces. Too bad because I was trying to treat someone to his favorite brunch dish. Server was great though.

   Although we had booked a reservation through OpenTable, there were not tables available at our reservation time. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Not the restaurants fault that people took longer than expected to leave. Just mentioning it in case it’s helpful in planning for the future.

   First time visit! The Diamond Pineapple Martini was a hit!! The honey glazed chicken was not tender but the flavor was good!

   The food and service is very good. I like that they do listen to my requests to make sure has no gluten, no oil and no butter if asked. They actually make me steamed vegetables if I ask.

   Firebirds is a nice location for a casual dining option, an intimate dinner, lunch or happy hour meetup. I have been to this location twice, and have been very satisfied with the food and service both times.
