Tried a different location this time. Slight glitch with a rare steak that was supposed to to be medium, twice. But they got it fixed, it was delicious and the service was fabulous by our server, Karen, as well as the manager who made sure the steak was made correctly. Will definitely frequent this location.

The experience was great honestly one of the best service I’ve had. The only reason I didn’t give full stars for the food was the street corn just wasn’t there, it was good just not great. Rocio was awesome !

You are trying to be something you are not. The chicken tasted fake. Boiled. Not animal. The filet was disgusting and bacon was raw. Baked potato was the only thing edible. No martini glasses? Noise level is like a bad ruby tuesday. I won’t be back.

We had an excellent waitress.Her name is Fernando. She took very care of my allergies to certain food and repeatedly checked on us to make sure everything was okay. I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I highly recommend Firebirds Wood Fire Grill.
