Overall a positive experience. Service was great and tables were kept clear as dishes were finished in a non obtrusive way. I will go back and look forward to my next visit. Food was very good and prepares as requested.

our ahi app was delicious as was our salads & desserts...we ordered our meals from the 3-course meal for $40 menu where my wife & daughter's salmon & shrimp dish was very good, however i upgraded my steak to a filet for $10 upcharge but it definitely was not worth the $$$ at $40 or $50...not only were my mashed potatoes too lumpy for my liking, my steak was fatty, veiney & chewy...filets are supposed to be none of those things which is why i gave the food & the overall experience a 4 instead of 5...this was our first time there & it may be some time before we decide return if ever...

Food was great, but service slowed down as more people entered the restaurant. Manager gave us dessert for free to compensate. I would definitely go back again.

Our waiter Jason, was awesome!! Food was so good. We had a early dinner so the restaurant wasn’t to crowded but we had no complaints. YUM!

We had a reservation for 815 and got in a little early and sat at the bar ordered an appetizer thinking we would have a while, but they took us pretty quick as soon as our appetizer and drink got there. There are not too many tables, and the bar is not too big. There are some high tops next to the bar that they tried to see us at first, but we asked to be in the dining area. We were seated at a floor top in the middle of the room. Overall, it was very noisy, lots of families and children. I was surprised, considering it was 8:00 PM. The service was good, no waiting. The food was very tasty. I had the small fillet with blue cheese and my husband had the prime rib! I usually have things cooked medium rare, but she suggested to do medium, and it was perfect. The prime rib was big enough to bring half home. Definitely make a reservation.

It was okay. Food was good, not spectacular. Service was excellent, Decor was okay but was quite noisy . Not for the hearing impaired. Price point was descent for Dinner. I would go back for Lunch.

Welcomed at the door by a greeter, who also wished us a good night when we left. Nice touch. Soup came before beers. Entrees came before we finished the soup & really no place for them at the table. Asked that the bring it later & slow down the dinner. Prime rib was perfectly done but was not the most flavored that I ever had. Baked potato came loaded, not as I requested. Noise level was loud. Lots of staff, perhaps too many. I actually felt I was at a slightly upscale Outback, although way bigger portions for more money. I will return & try their burger, but no rush. Hopefully the opening kinks will be worked out.

Firebirds was nicely appointed. All staff were very nice and accommodating. I especially would like to thank the manager and hostesses for accommodating us after we accidentally cancelled our reservation. They were very easy to work with and got us in. Food was GREAT. We ordered filet, Nashville Chicken Sandwich, Durango Burger, another burger and the Cheesesteak egg rolls, were excellent. We also ordered the Crème Brûlée cheesecake which was excellent. Thank you Firebirds for making our experience great. Looking forward to coming back !!
