A 5-star restaurant is recognized for its exceptional quality in food, service, ambiance, and overall dining experience, meeting the highest standards in the industry. We had family visiting Canada and they loved Fishbone as do we! Food is absolutely amazing!

Had a fantastic evening on Valentine's day. The staff felt very genuine and friendly. The food was incredible. I would highly reccomend to anyone.

We went to FBFH with our family for my wife’s birthday as she loves oysters. The food was spot on and our server made the evening just perfect! Thanks for a wonderful evening.
