The Fishmarket is one of the capital’s most exciting gastronomic experiences. The success story started in 1989. With the renovation that took place, the new Fishmarket retains the essence and traditions it is famous for; the freshest fish cooked to your preference in a secluded beach location matched with attentive and caring service from the team.

With its unique setting by the sea, its huge central counter displaying fresh seafood on ice plus a vast array of vegetables prepared to your desire. There is no menu, simply select your favourite ingredients from the extensive market display then sit back, relax and enjoy the show while Chef Luthfi and his team will prepare it for you the way you want it. In addition, we have a new range of rice and noodle dishes on offer to add to your experience at the Fishmarket.

Our experience at the Fish Market was very good. The food was of the highest quality, the service adequate. The 30% discount for being a guest of the hotel was a benefit. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay and visit again.

Had a wonderful experience picking out my own seafood and being custom prepared for me. Even a table for 1 allowed me to try a variety of seafood.

This is the biggest disappointment, in 20 years of going there , note the below: wrong orders came to table, The burners actually burned the sauce of our calamaris which stuck to the pan , and made the calamari chewy , The fish Sea Bream was dry , we ask the filet of it grilled and we got bones and was not grilled. my friend is sensitive to spices and we said not spicy, they brought fried rice and veggies with RED chillies , we basically did not eat anything. The customer in restaurant using their speaker phone loud and showing videos , until we had to request to lower the volume ( job of the staff to ensure that everyone respects each other ) The restaurant is Michelin and not cheap - food bad, service bad, welcoming bad, crowd disaster ... the manager is absent and hanging in smoking area where people are screaming as if we are in club, could not sit, and have a business discussion with my client. Shame ... the mina fishmarket is 10000 X better and much cheaper and the service exceeds the Fishmarket Intercont by very much.

Great concept and variety of food. Service was excellent. However it is hard to work out how much things will cost because it is all done on weight. You could easily get a nasty shock when the bill comes.
