Fixe celebrates the soul of the South with comforting breakfast and lunch served daily, happy hour every afternoon, and Sunday Supper served nightly. Bringing to life familiar tastes imagined in progressive ways, Chef James Robert and his team pay homage to his roots with an eye to tradition, a commitment to quality and passion to deliver our guests an unexpected and memorable culinary experience.

At Fixe, our culinary philosophy is simple: find the best ingredients and treat them with respect. We call our style of cuisine “Progressive Southern” – we inject a modern approach into recognizable and familiar Southern fare. Our goal is to surprise you, delight you, and keep you coming back!

                                                                          We made reservations and got there 30 minutes early and they sat us immediately. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The biscuits are the best something you must try. We had the Fried Chicken and Texas Red Fish. We will go back and try other dishes. Enjoyed the experience.

                                                                          incredible service, good food, executive chef truly cares about his craft- great to see him on expo. lower lighting even during brunch was fantastic, lovely decor, good value. cocktail menu was fun and fresh but not pretentious. a refreshing spot in clearfork!
