Located at an elevation of 6,000 feet, the Flagstaff House offers breathtaking views, new American cuisine, a world-renowned wine list and impeccable service. Local and seasonal cuisine take the spotlight in curating our menu. Offered are a four-course or Chef's multi-course tasting menu. The Monette family has owned the Flagstaff House since 1971 and holds many prestigious awards including Colorado's longest holding Wine Spectator Grand Award, Forbes Travel Guide Four Star rating and AAA Four Diamond status.     Thank you for choosing the Flagstaff House for your celebratory dinner! Reservations for May 6–11, 2025, open on January 16, 2025, at 2 PM (MST) and must be made directly by calling 303-442-4640. We are offering a 4-course menu for $185 per person. Due to high demand and limited availability, we kindly ask each family to make only one reservation during this special time. To ensure a smooth process, please have your party size, preferred date, and all reservation details ready when booking. A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation, and cancellations or no-shows will result in a $50 per person fee. We look forward to celebrating with you!

    We celebrated my parents 50th anniversary and couldn’t have had a better experience. From the minute we walked in, the food, the service. Everything was incredible and it will always be a memorable night!

    I recently dined at this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was one of my most disappointing experiences in fine dining. While the views were stunning and the service was exceptional, the food fell far short of expectations. Everything we tried was excessively oily and lacked proper seasoning. I took my sister here to celebrate her birthday, and we ordered different dishes from the four-course menu, only to find ourselves laughing at how unappetizing everything was. I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this experience was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share my thoughts. I hope the kitchen can improve, as the potential for a great dining experience is clearly there with the beautiful setting and attentive staff.

    We celebrated our 42nd anniversary with dinner at The Flagstaff house. My husband proposed to me there many years ago! The perfect service started with the valet and continued throughout our evening with every person. The four course meal was delicious, complex and prepared perfectly. The surprise dishes served between courses were unexpected and wonderful! After our leisurely dinner taking in the beautiful views, we were given cranberry orange bread to take home. Our coats were warm when we began to leave and our car was promptly ready. Thank you all for giving us a memorable and special evening! Well done!
