The food was food and the experience was super until the waitress came When she just served the food (without asking) that we have to pay half cash, half card... when we finished and asked for the bill she told as the same and we didn’t have enough cash to pay the half on cash. Then, the manager came and told us that it was a misunderstood: we only could use 1 card to pay (so, just one transaction or 1 transaction and cash). For us a little inconvenient as we were with friends and now we owe them money. First time, this happens to us. I think made our experience a little weirder because since then the food and the experience was excellent

When they first started, their food quality was very high. Now that they have expanded, their customer service is incredibly bad. They don't seat you properly, they leave you standing for a while til someone comes and points a chair far away and tells you to go sit down regardless if you even want that location (note that the place was half empty). The waiters were smug and unhelpful when I needed anything. I ordered 2 burgers for me & my wife, they brought them around 5 mins apart for the same order. My burger got very cold by the time her burger arrived. I complained and the waiters didn't help. Success shouldn't make you treat your customers this way. Was my favorite new place but now its gone way down hill.

I came from Al Ain to AD just to try the burger and they told me we are not serving this order after 7:00 pm !! I tried other meals but I am normally not interested in steaks

The crowd is too much and the waiting area is awful even with a booking I had to wait. No management as good the staff was under pressure. NOT WORTH IT

Some of stuff not helpful , we most call 3 to 4 stuff to bring some thing The menu it concrete in two dash , starter its same .
