Each course is prepared using the finest seasonal ingredients, offering a well-balanced combination of flavors that will delight your palate. The pre-fixed menu is priced at $75 per person and $35 for children 12 and under. Whether you're celebrating with friends, family, or a loved one, Flint provides the perfect atmosphere for a relaxed yet elegant New Year's Eve dinner. Please note: A $25 cancellation fee will apply to reservations canceled within 24 hours of the set reservation time. Hostess sat us in the bar area even though plenty of spaces in the dining area and we asked for quite area. It was full of loud, drunk men and we couldn’t even hear each other to have a conversation. Did not enjoy this meal.

The Christmas menu was discussing The Ox tail soup barely had a single of meat in it the salad was fair, the scallops were not good at all The sides were fair and the dessert was so bad They mixed the sugar with salt So bad

Our server Nathan was amazing. The rest was slow and expensive for the experience. Twice someone dropped and broke items.

The restaurant is very nice, we sat in the bar area and it was nice and cozy. The only reason I didn’t give service 5 stars is because it was slow, but We were in no hurry so it didn’t matter to us.

It was freezing cold in the restaurant. The food was absolutely shockingly terrible for how much it cost. They only had one waitress. They were not prepared when we got there for our 1030 reservation so we sat down 15 or 20 minutes late. It was a pretty bad experience. My order was t right. I paid almost $30 for a salmon salad that had about 2 oz of salmon on it. I’ve heard from / other people that went recently about how bad the food was. The menu is incredibly limited as well. We went to back :-(

Food was 10/10. Really good. Service was however… very lacking. 1/10. No host at the door when we arrived for our reservation. Probably waited around 5 minutes before someone came to greet us. And then the service at the table was bland, even more so further into the experience. I still left a 20% tip, but the establishment could benefit from an upgrade in hospitality, especially since this place was located in a hotel.

We were 30 minutes late for our reservation and in a big rush once we got there, but the staff was very accommodating and we made it to the Nutcracker on time. And our food was delicious!

The food was delicious, I like our waiter as well. He was well knowledge about the menu and gave us great recommendations.
