As an elevated casual restaurant and cocktail space, Flores & Pine is Bearspaw’s new favourite location for a perfectly grilled steak, a ladies’ night out, or special spot for a milestone event. The chef-crafted menu will feature locally sourced ingredients within inspired seasonal dishes and grilled modern classics.

Flores & Pine is a beautiful restaurant/event location and staff are outstanding. The played elegant dinner served at a recent wedding we attended was outstanding. Today’s brunch while plentiful was not excellent. The latte cost extra and wasn’t very good, the food was ok but not amazing. For the price we were not as impressed as we were with then plated wedding dinner and expected better. Highly recommend for an event.

This is one of the best brunches I’ve had in a long time. $65 is a bit steep but the quality and abundance of food makes it worth it. Would definitely recommend eating here for the Sunday brunch!

The whole experience was excellent. Right from when we were seated by the very friendly hostess we knew we were in for a nice evening. Our server Constantine was so personable and professional. He did a great job of taking care of us. The meal was nothing short of amazing. We had the Valentine’s Day special they were running and it was priced very well and accompanied by a bottle of house wine. The price and value were very good. As we were enjoying our after dinner Lattes we were visited by their Sommelier, Arjan. This man entertained us with conversation about his journey into becoming a Master Sommelier. At the end of our evening we were greeted by a man at the door who was helpful in getting us our coats. The hostess was again very pleasant in wishing us a nice evening as we left. My wife and I have decided that we are going to make this at least a monthly visit for us. The whole experience was wonderful and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an intimate dinner out.

I strongly recommend Flores& Pine for your next dining experience. A nice touch to have the manager come over and greet us. Fantastic service and delicious food. Definitely coming back.

Amazing ambience and vibe inside. Brussels sprouts were a little salty for my liking but very good. Wine was great. Unfortunately my steak was undercooked but was still good overall!

Beautiful evening. We were lucky enough to be in the event side for dinner, it was set up so beautifully and the fire was on. We loved how quiet and relaxed the environment was. The food was amazing, one of the best steaks I have had. I tried a couple different drinks and each one was unique and tasty.

The food was fantastic, the service was quick, our server was incredibly kind and attentive. We tried the Valentine’s Day menu and it was immaculate. They were even able to make the Mac and cheese gluten free! Such an amazing venue, we will be back with friends.

Fantastic meal, great service and great value. Loved the meals, specialized, very tasty food. A little out of the way but very well worth it.
