This is my second time here. I had a fabulous experience the last time but this time was very disappointed. The food was amazing as was the yummy NA cocktail that was made for her. However, I was shocked with the service. I was meeting my friend there, she was travelling up from the country and was sadly late due to unforeseen traffic on the way. However, I was happily waiting ordering drinks and some food and put in our order before she arrived to minimise any further delays. She arrived as the food arrived so great timing. She is pregnant and when she got her steak bao which was lovely, she was just a little unsure how the rawness of it, as she is pregnant. She politely asked the waiter while apologising if there was any way he could simply put the steak on the pan for a few seconds more so she would enjoy it. He quite sharply took the steak from her, told her that she would have be quick as it was now 7.05 and they needed the table back by 8pm. We were shocked to be honest and simply said ok. he returned with the steak but did not seem too pleased about the fact we had requested this. He then cleared out plates at 7.30pm and said now you do not have time for anything else as I need this table back by 8pm. He then proceeded to take over 20 minutes getting our bill. I was just very taken aback by his rudeness and his attitude towards a simply request from a lady who is just trying to be safe with her baby. The food and venue are fab, but this was disappointing and left a sore taste on the experience.
