   Another amazing Sunday brunch at Flowers. We love their French toast and their specialty omelette with avocado toast. Best part is the service and the 80s music!

   Embarrassing is the only word I can use to describe our experience. We had family visiting and took them to Flowers based on a previous good experience. This time was as I stated embarrassing. We were sat 20 min after our reservation. Normally I have no issue with this (it happens) but Flowers charges us if we are more than 15 min late. Finally we were seated and no wait staff for over 20 min. Once our order was taken we received and finished our appetizers before we received our drinks. After another significant wait our main orders were finally taken. Two in the party ordered the filet (one med and one med well). Both arrived on the rare to blue side. We sent them back and instead of refiring the order they just threw the original steaks back on grill (we cat cut them in half). Both came out dry and still incorrect with the sides cold from clearly just being set aside. After sending the food back instead of an apology we were told that the steak temps were measured and we were incorrect. In the end most of the meal was comped but who cares. We left hungry and disappointed. Sadly we will never return and hope nobody has the experience we had.

   We had an amazing experience at Flower Saratoga! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. The staff was attentive and made our anniversary celebration so special. Everything from the ambiance to the presentation of the dishes was perfect. We truly had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!

   My husband and I celebrated our 6-year wedding anniversary at Flowers Saratoga, and it was truly a special experience. Due to life events, we hadn’t been able to celebrate our anniversary for the past four years, so this dinner meant a lot to us and Flowers Saratoga did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt cozy, intimate, and welcoming. Our server, Alex, was incredibly friendly and made our night even more special by offering us a glass of champagne to toast our anniversary. I’m not sure what kind it was, but it was smooth and not too tart—just perfect. For our meal, we indulged in a variety of dishes: - Wagyu Carpaccio – A delicious start, especially when eaten with the accompanying salad. - Pomegranate & Burrata – Our absolute favorite! The sweetness of the pomegranate paired perfectly with the creamy burrata. We would order this again in a heartbeat. - Misoyaki Cod – So soft and moist, reminiscent of sea bass. Absolutely loved it. - Ribeye – A solid choice, but what really stood out were the flavorful and elevated sides. - Roasted Brussels & Bacon – I usually don’t like Brussels sprouts, but these were amazing! - Herb Risotto – A great complement to our main courses. - Chocolate Lava Cake – A deconstructed take on a classic, but it was rich and delicious. For drinks, I had Kiss The Bubble, which was a fun and refreshing cocktail, while my husband enjoyed the Flowers Old Fashioned. Overall, the food was fantastic, the service was exceptional, and the ambiance was perfect for a special occasion. All the staff were warm and welcoming, making our night even more memorable. We will definitely be coming back!

   I had the absolute greatest time with my grandparents tonight. My grandma said "i rarely like absolutely everything i have at a restaurant and today i liked everything" and my grandpa said "it was absolutely fabulous". The Alaskan Key Lime Pie was the most amazing dish of the night, we even took a second one home to go. Our server Mikayla was also extremely kind and made sure to make our night special. Highly recommend for all occasions.

   Such a beautiful restaurant that is upscale without a snobby vibe! The drinks are fantastic. We had the Blanco Franco and a classic Paper Plane. The blue fin tuna bites were 10/10 along with the miso cod and lobster tail risotto. Timmy was our server and he is THE BEST!
