It was our first time trying a Brazilian steakhouse so we weren’t quite sure what to expect. The place was huge and it looked like nearly every seat was taken so the noise was pretty high. We were celebrating our anniversary, which I put in the reservation request. I wasn’t expecting any special treatment but we were seated directly behind the hot portion of the buffet and people were constantly trying to slip between our table and the buffet. Our initial waitress asked us if it was a special occasion and we told her. She then asked if we had ever been there and we told her no. She explained how the dinner worked and left. We didn’t see her again for drink orders for at least 15 minutes but we had seen her chatting with other staff several times. Then we realized that all the staff were basically waiting on all of the tables and it was grab whomever you could. We finally got a drink order in but didn’t receive them for another 15 minutes. The cold buffet was excellent and well stocked. The hot buffet was very plain. The churrasco experience was a disaster. Our first delivery was okay. We tried the chicken that was brought to us. But then, trying to get any beef was nearly impossible. One server brought something (couldn’t hear what it was over the noise) and it was very good, but then after that we waited and waited and waited. In about 20 minutes’ time we were approached by the chicken guy and the lamb guy, but never any beef. We don’t do lamb and we didn’t want chicken again. The hostess came over and asked how everything was and I told her we hadn’t seen any beef in half an hour. We finally got one server show up with the same beef we had before, which we accepted, but considering there were 13 types of meat on the menu, we were extremely disappointed. The food we had was extremely tasty but the experience really kind of ruined it for us. We will try again some day but definitely NOT for a special occasion or on a Friday night.

This is the first time we have gone early. It’s much better food if you go later in the evening and are not the first wearing. The cheese bread was hard from sitting in the warmer. The sides came out way too early and were like warm by the time the meat started coming. The honey cheese was hard like it had been sitting on the warming board forever. Just disappointed this time. Lay time was fabulous which is why we went back.

Mediocre beef. The “fillet” is horse. Too lean and not the right taste. Same with top sirloin. Notice the taste difference between that and pichana if you go.

Based upon the website, I expected a Christmas brunch buffet but there were no breakfast items. It was basically their lunch buffet, all salads. Buffet apparently only on the weekends. Clarity would have been nice. Disappointing.

We were trying to do something special for my sons birthday and we let him pick where to have dinner. He chose Fogo de Chao and we thought - great! I’ve never had worse service anywhere else. Our waitress took our drink orders and never came back. We had to flag someone else to help us, 20 MINS LATER! No bread was refilled and we were never checked on until a sweet manager came by to attempt to remedy the situation by getting us drinks and bread. For the price you pay here, I would go somewhere else with more attentive service. I am really upset we spent the money here tonight when none of us enjoyed the experience. Never again.

Service was 10 out of 10. Food was amazing, only issue was any drinks from the bar...they were out of several things that we tried to order and the mixed drinks were VERY watered down.
