Have been there several times before just my husband and I never had a problem or bad experience. We took our kids because of that reason for the first time at this location yesterday 12/27/24. Half way through our dinner my husband asked for the the sirloin to please be brought over by us. A girl shows up 5 minutes later and I saw when our server who from the beginning was “sarcastically nice” sent her our way. When she got to our table I was looking for the spot that was more on the well side when she pushed the meat towards me and said YES OR NO! I looked up at her and sort of just paused cause I was not expecting to be approached like that! I then said to her give me a second! She cut a piece off and left! I asked our server for her manager and the name of girl she had just sent to us. She told me Camil then proceeded to say well I don’t really know her name I don’t know her that well, I gave her a “really look” she then says ummm but I’ll find out for you . I said ok and please send a manager over. She sends another guy that was dressed as a server. He asked if he could help us I asked him if he was the manager he says no but I’m customer service I said ok please send your manager. The manager shows up super nice attentive and tells me he’s sorry he will find out the girls name that was sent over. He comes back a little later very apologetic and told me the girl did not express her self right because she speaks very minimal English and in Brazil they express themselves differently… but that dessert was on him for how she spoke to me. ( I wasn’t looking for anything free or to be taken off my bill) Knowing that there’s a language Barrier fine but there’s no way to go around face and body expressions! I just said ok thank you. It was left at that. When we were walking out we passed right by our server she didn’t say anything to me but made a face and rolled her eyes while saying hmm! My husband and daughters were behind me who saw it. Do better hiring servers!

Great Experience with Very Friendly and Excellent Service from entire staff . Great Food and Immense Variety. Not your ordinary restaurant as way above for our party besides the Big pluses of Gluten and Nut free ! Brazilian Wine At Half off also a big plus and was very good as well.

Great experience! We went on Christmas Eve. Meat was hot and delish. I always love the salad bar. And all the servers were very attentive.

Great atmosphere, quality of food is excellent, great service from the waitress, is expensive but you pay for the quality freshness and excellent taste of the meat.

We had the worst experience there tonight. Incompetent is the best way to sum it up. We always start our holiday with a nice meal out and chose this place for something different this year. The service was horrendous at best. It took 2 servers and at least 3 trips to the table to get our drink order, and the alcoholic beverages then took another 10+ minutes. 5 of the 6 of us did the traditional meat order, but my husband ordered the Sea Bass and passed on the meat. Every time they came to the table they tried to give him meat, even though he didn’t order it. After an hour we inquired about his fish only to find out the order was never put in (we told multiple servers multiple times about this order). The meat service was also an issue with some not serving our full table and only paying attention to one end. They also were not fully aware of their allergens when one of our guests inquired due to an allergy. When we finally talked to the manager he apologized but didn’t really seem to care or show any urgency. We will not be back and do not recommend.
