Fogo de Chão is an internationally-renowned steakhouse from Brazil that allows guests to discover what's next at every turn. Founded in Southern Brazil in 1979, Fogo elevates the centuries-old culinary art of churrasco - roasting high-quality cuts of meat over an open flame - into a cultural dining experience of discovery.     My partners first experience at a Brazilian steakhouse and he loved it. We had a reservation and they were able to seat us a few minutes early. The salad bar was incredible with a delicious nutritious selection of greens and sides. The servers came around with meats frequently. We could request specific cut we wanted sent to our table. Go hungry!!!

    This was a great experience but what made it amazing was the customer service. Our waiter Rodrigo was wonderful and very knowledgeable of all menu items, plus he went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our anniversary dinner. Thank you Rodrigo !!

    There are many meat “options”, but the vast majority of them don’t come to your table. Unless you order and wait for it.

    They wanted so bad to close at 22.00 that they reached a rude way to get rid of the crowd by having a horrible service.

    We go to this restaurant every time we visit NYC, but last night the meats were very fatty and very little was available as medium well.
