The service was outstanding, however I was a little disappointed in the food quality for the price. The cocktails were expensive for little alcohol and 68.00 a person was a bit higher than the last time I had eaten there. The quality of food was just mediocre however the desert was amazing. Probably would not return anytime soon.

We’ve dined here several times and this time the experience was pretty awful. Our waiter couldn’t handle simple requests and then poured tap water into my wife’s drink (not tap water). I mentioned that we preferred rare/medium rare beef and then they proceeded to only come by with medium well flank steak and sirloin. Whatever happened to seeing other cuts regularly come by? I asked multiple times for a different variety to pass by but it never happened. Then the meats were all totally unseasoned, tasteless and poor quality on general. This location has gone downhill for sure.

I recently visited this restaurant with my family of five to celebrate my son’s 6th birthday. Upon being seated, we promptly ordered a hamburger for him. Despite enjoying a bottle of wine, salads, and appetizers from the buffet, and progressing through our main courses, the hamburger had yet to arrive. It seemed to have been forgotten. When the waitstaff noticed the issue, they directed their supervisor to our table. The manager initially acknowledged the 30-minute delay but defended it by stating the burger needed time to cook. After 40 minutes, as tensions rose, the manager returned with excuses about seafood being prepared in the small kitchen and a sudden influx of guests, despite the restaurant being nearly empty at 5:30 PM (we were only the second table seated). He then offered to waive the charge for the hamburger. Apart from one waiter’s effort to address the situation and the food’s taste, there was a complete lack of professionalism and no genuine attempt to apologize. The experience was far from professional.

We really like this place, management is very good. Service is usually great on Friday and Saturday for some reason. Yesterday the service started great and then our waiter decided not to show up for 40 minutes. We had to wait for dessert and the check for over 45 minutes. During Christmas time forget about your reservation you are still going to wait 30 to 45 minutes beyond your reservation time. The tables are also too close to each other, we can’t move and get hit in the back by everyone passing by. Hopefully they can take these issues into consideration.
