Ordered the “experience” for $70 - supposed to get 8 different selections and barely half were presented. Complete disappointment from beginning to end. Very manic and chaotic setting with very poor presentation unfortunately

I honestly think our server was new and did not understand how to waiter yet. We’ve been here many times and had great service. We just got unlucky this time.

Today, my family of 12 celebrated Christmas dinner a day late at Fogo de Chão, and I felt compelled to share our wonderful experience. While several staff members assisted us throughout the evening, one exceptional individual truly stood out: Monica. Monica was more than just a waitress—she was an absolute gem. Her kindness and patience made us feel like we were guests in her own home. She interacted with us in such a genuine and thoughtful way, going above and beyond to ensure our evening was memorable. At one point, we asked if she could take a group photo for us. Not only did she gladly agree, but she first took the initiative to clear our plates, ensuring everything looked perfect. She then patiently took photos of us in multiple spots around the restaurant, making sure we had options to choose from. As a business owner myself, I can confidently say Monica exemplifies the ideal employee—someone who goes the extra mile with a smile and treats every guest with care and respect. Her dedication and warmth deserve recognition, and I sincerely hope her efforts don’t go unnoticed. Thank you, Monica, for making our family gathering even more special. You’re a beautiful soul, and a true credit to Fogo de Chão!

It’s one of my fav restaurant but I was disappointed. Given it was a busy day but I didn’t get a discount so I paid full price and the food should have been available. The buffet was mostly ravaged and empty. It wasn’t being restocked very well or at all. It was messy. I had very little meat offered to me mostly picante that I turned down repeatedly. Easter was a much better experience. Christmas was not it. At all.

The service was amazing. The servers were so kind and welcoming and quick; even on such a busy day. The food and drinks were lacking but ok. Best was the picanha medium rare. Loved the fried yucca and the pao de quiejo (cheesy rolls). Usually love fried plantain but the oil wasn’t hot enough so they were oily and soggy. The bacon wrapped filet, bacon not cooked long enough so just soggy and meat not seasoned enough. Sausage was great. Last complaint were the drinks.. I got 2 types of caipirinhas, neither had any sweetness at all. Got the plain and mango habanero. I don’t like a super sweet drink but no sweetness? It was just sour and flavorless. My dessert however was divine, Crème Brulee Cheesecake. I’m not a person who usually criticizes but I spent a good amount to have Christmas dinner. the people and service brought the review from a 3 to a 4. Perhaps it was just a busy day for the kitchen staff which is understandable.

We were in one of the small rooms which was both good and bad. TheGood was that the sound level was low. The bad is that service was a lot slower than in the main rooms. The waiter was great. The meat servers were slow to visit.
