Karoline was our server she got us what we wanted, but I understand it was busy and she attended other tables. Milton was always attentive and greeted us as well as Louis and Elijah. I didn’t appreciate the service of one of the meat cutters who was serving the picanha. He had a bad attitude for some reason whenever he came over. We asked for extra cuts or meat and he gave an extra but we wanted more cuts and he walked away. This happened with him three times and then he stopped coming around. He is the server that is bald headed and wears glasses. We come here often but for some reason he seemed like he hated his job or just didn’t want to serve us. We had to wave Milton down and some other server came to serve us the picanha. We noticed that each meat cutter is in charge of a certain cut of meat so we knew the bald guy with the glasses was the only one who brings the picanha. If it wasn’t for his service it wouldn’t have left a bad taste in our mouths. Wouldn’t him cutting extra meat for us help him so he doesn’t have to come back with the meat to the kitchen? It doesn’t make sense.

No one greeted or knowledge my daughter birthday. No filet no lamb so why pay for full rodizio. After 30 minutes. I ask for the bill. Best thing was tres leche. Server chubby bald guy. Really bad server. Didn’t even notice there was a birthday in the table. Didnt ask to refill drink or offer another caipirinha. I been to many fogo so far this one it’s really bad. I always tip. But today he didn’t deserve my money. To Regular ppl you can’t hide the meats. Btw cheese bread awful

We attended the Wagyu & Wine event and there seemed to false advertising with not enough wagyu steak provided and not the VIK wines promised from their advertisement.

The food quality was severely poor and we were only given the same 3 selections of meat choices each time they would come out.

El lugar más horrible que e ido en esta ciudad , no le recomiendo nunca unas de las meseras se ofendió solo por decirle que le daba una buena propina si me trajera una segunda copa , personas ignorante mal servicio y lo mal que lo pasé nunca más volviera a este lugar que feo momento pase
