   Our service was incredible. It felt like we were the only ones in the entire restaurant, even though it was a busy night. My only negative would be the Porta potty‘s outside for the bathroom renovation. Other than that, it was a great evening and will be back.

   So during dinner the staff started collecting the furniture because the carpet of the facility was going to be clean that evening. The staff forgot that we were there for dinner. One of us ordered a branzino that they probably forgot. The branzino pretty come out when we done We asked if they still had more meat available for the ones that had the churrasco experience. I know the restaurant is going through renovations but the bathrooms were filthy dirty and sticky. My brother used the bathrooms and was gross out that he couldn’t even touch the utensils to continue eating. My credit card was charged for 1 extra churrasco experience. Only 3 people ordered the churrasco experience but I noticed that I was charged for 4. We were celebrating a birthday which it wasn’t even acknowledged. It wasn’t a good experience

   The food is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. Just a heads up, reservations don’t guarantee a table at time of reservation. Plan to wait 30-60 minutes past your reservation on the weekends.

   I had the worst dining experience at Fogo de Chão. We went to celebrate three birthdays as a party of seven, expecting great service and food, but it was a complete letdown. The server was uninterested the entire time and only cared about getting a good review after the meal. The biggest issue was that the meat servers never came to our table. We repeatedly asked our server to send them over, but they never showed up, so we ended up paying $65 each for just salad and soup—absolutely ridiculous. To make matters worse, I had a $25 credit that I wanted to use, but the waitress refused, claiming her system wasn’t working. When I paid in cash, it felt like she didn’t even want to return my change. Everyone at the table agreed—this was the worst restaurant experience we’ve ever had. I definitely won’t be coming back.

   The salad bar with vegetables and soup never disappoint. This was my third time to Fogo. The lamb chop and fillet were wonderful. Some of the other meats were tougher than I expected. The noise level was high. Fogo has so many servers that it seems like everyone is your server and no one is your server. If you want a lot of meat, this is the place for you. If you want a quieter place to talk, this is not the place for you.

   Rachael the manager took such wonderful care of us. She is so thoughtful and caring about our needs. She is just wonderful and is why we return . I also want to thank Eddie, Customer Service and excellent. He made sure we had everything made to our specifications. Also Jenni, who always made certain our dining experience was excellent. She is knowledgeable and an excellent employee. She has wonderful work ethics and will hopefully be considered for a future management position because with her abilities she is definitely management material. Lastly, gauchos named Hector who brought our meats out perfectly. He made sure we had everything we desired and made exactly as we liked it. The staff and food was fabulous and this is why we return again and again.

   I think it’s being renovated. A portable bathroom was right in front of restaurant by valet. Service was slow.
