Fogo de Chão is an internationally-renowned steakhouse from Brazil that allows guests to discover what's next at every turn.     We were looking forward to a nice relaxing dinner, but the weight staff was overwhelmed. Our 8 o’clock reservation turned into 830 PM. Maybe four times in over an hour we were there someone come over to bring us food. So busy we never got to try all the different meats they were serving, fillet being one of them.  We spent most of the time asking for someone to help us. Staff was friendly, but as I said, overwhelmed, and we never received the experience we expected.

    Food was delicious but they didn’t come around to the tables enough. They just stopped serving us and we did not have a lot by any means, we were looking for more. They came by with chicken wrapped in bacon but only 4 pieces, there was 7 at our table. They would go to the table next to us look at us and then walk away. It felt like they were just trying to cheap out on us. My siblings and I have been coming here annually for new years since it opened but it’s been going down hill every year. Last year we complained about the service and they took some drinks off but this year we didn’t even bother. The bill was over $1000 and it was by far not worth it. We will not be returning which is unfortunate because everything is so delicious but not for the price.

    Rachel & Gabriel were excellent staff as was the Hostess. Fogo is lucky to have them! Our family get together was perfect thanks to their hospitality.

    We had a good time - the food was good; wish there was a bit more variety in the meats but generally satisfying visit.

    Never go to this place on a holiday! They are amateurs! The guy managing the seating was a disaster and there was an unnecessary crowd waiting. We sat at a table and we were basically ignored for drinks. We asked twice for drinks and didn't get them until we had finished eating. I never experienced such chaos! Very disappointing!

    It was Christmas Eve, so it was busy and bustling. At first we had too much attention, with 4-5 servers constantly checking on us. Within about 20 mins that dropped off sharply and it was hard to find anyone to refill our water or bring cheese rolls. The food was excellent and we enjoyed ourselves.
