Despite it being very busy, we were seated promptly at our reservation time. Service was great with lots of options. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The only critique was some of the meats were overcooked and a bit fatty; however, they were still tasty and most were very well prepared. Overall, we have a great experience on a very busy holiday evening.

On Thanksgiving, you would expect things to be a little chaotic, but we arrived early enough to beat the cascade of people that followed. The buffet had numerous delicacies, and the meat skewers were cooked to perfection. We were not hurried, in spite of the growing crowd at the reception area, which made for a wonderful experience. The staff was cordial and attentive. I would highly recommend this venue for any occasion.

You can beat $18 Salad Bar Experience. Fogo de Chao has a full spread especially for vegan lovers. Our server Gina did an outstanding job of taking of our birthday celebration. Poured our water and our wine. Looking forward to returning for brunch again.

We had a good dinner but the service was definitely lacking. We were sat by a table by the bar and it was very nice area. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to explain how everything worked. Once we were ready to eat we waited 20 minutes before any of the meats reach our table. We watch as all of the food runners walked by our table not giving us a second glance. They stopped at tables that got there after us and even stopped multiple times, after about 20 minutes of the the manager stopped by to ask how we were doing. We told him how we have yet to get any food and apologized and told us he would make sure someone stopped by our table as soon as possible. We still sat for about 5-10 minutes before we got anyone at our table. At the beginning of our meal we had ordered drinks as well and those also took about 20 minutes or so to reach our table. The food and drinks were delicious but we were just disappointed at the lack of service.

I went there with my boyfriend celebrating our four month anniversary and it was his first time. He was enjoying himself and I’m glad because he never went to this restaurant before. I’m glad he enjoyed the service and the food. Had a great experience and the staff was so friendly and so helpful. And celebrating our anniversary came with a complementary dessert which topped off the evening. You made our anniversary so special. 😊

Beautiful restaurant, service was slow and not as attentive, food was mediocre, but the dessert was really good.
