Other times I’ve been there excellent. But yesterday I went with my employees and service was bad. We would ask for meats or cheese. And they would forget. Then it just felt like they were rushing us to get out.

Good food! Server wasn’t too attentive during the first 30 mins, we wanted to order some drinks but nobody stopped by to ask. We didn’t see the server that first came for the rest of the night after he brought our water. Other than that the experience was amazing. We will definitely be returning.

Made a reservation online (Fri 8pm) and seated us in a separate area and received subpar service. Very inconsistent service, took drink orders, bombarded us with two rounds of meat as soon as we sat down with salads without bringing any clean plates then didn't bring us any of the premium meats we wanted to pay for. Have eaten at other locations with good service, I will not come back to this one in Irving.

Service staff was nice but very slow. Cuts of meat were poor and the sides took forever to get to the table. When they did arrive, they were cold. I’ve had better at other Brazilian steakhouses in the area. Probably won’t be coming back here.

We had a great time, but just a couple of things led us to give mostly 4 stars. It was a 7:30p reservation and it was very hard to see our menus. The lighting was very low and we used the streetlights outside to be able to see. Then a waiter spilled our sodas, broke the glass and while they checked to see if we were wet, and we were, they never apologized for spilling drinks on us.
