Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I am a huge fan of Fogo, and dine at any location near me during my travels. It began well, we were seated quickly for our on time reservation. There were 5 of us, celebrating the holidays with our parents, who were dining for the first time.
The entire dinner was rushed. No meats of choice were made available to our table, no refills, and after only 45 mins of nearly no meats, we were being rushed to a dessert menu like we were taking up their table.
No less than 3 servers kept asking me if we wanted separate checks.
The waitress that finally brought the check didn’t understand how to use one of the gift cards I purchased.
They pushed us out in less than 60 mins, with nit a lot of meats delivered. Left a very sour taste in my mouth about the whole experience.
Never saw front end management, just terrible, especially for our parents. Too bad.
