We had Christmas dinner at 3:30. The restaurant was full, but we were seated in a timely manner and the service was good and the food was good and we enjoyed ourselves.

We got the meat only once the manager had to notice if we are ok . my kids were like the worst fogo de chao we’ve ever been

We have been to three other Fogo de Chao locations during different t holidays and the Pasadena location is the worst. The server showed up half way through our meal and my BF had to remind her he ordered a beer. A different server brought it about 20 minutes later, when she filled the water glasses she set them down harder than expected. This location was unusually loud and our seating was extremely close to another party. We will choose another location from now on.

Our reservation was for 7:45pm and didn’t get seated until 8:30pm. We had to totally rearrange our plans which was such an inconvenience. Too busy and too packed. The entire lobby of people were all complaining of late reservations.

Very disappointing. Meats were not served regularly and their famous salad bar was so overcrowded and many things were not filled. Salad bar was lacking in soup, bowls, and food in general. Very disappointing for Christmas Eve dinner

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We arrived early for our reservation. However, they made us wait far longer than expected with no apology and more of an attitude. When we finally got seated, the food was disappointing. the waitress appeared to be unhappy to be there. There was not enough variety as expected — it's definitely not worth the wait. The service was slow and unorganized. Overall, it was a frustrating and underwhelming experience. I won’t be coming back.

Our party of 9 ate there last night. We had a reservation but we weren’t seated for 35 minutes. Food is good but service is off, we never received our dessert or tea and it took forever to get our drinks. This was my first time to the Pasadena location, not likely to return.

Food is always great! Love their choice of cuts. Had reservations for 4 at 6:30pm however was sat 30 mins later. Not much of a big deal, as we know they were really busy, but reservation times should take over others.
