It was my birthday, Tuesday night, not very busy. Our server forgot a few drinks and we had to remind her a couple of times. She did comp us an extra dessert at the end but, getting drinks late in a meal is annoying. As far as the quality of food, it was ok, but not exceptional, except for the grilled cheese and honey. The cost was ok, but just not sure I'd go back with so many other places to try.

Food was good but twice now the experience was inferior to the same chain restaurant in San Diego. Tonight we waited for over 30 minutes for our check and the reward was omitted, even though I gave my phone number to the hostess upon arrival and saw her input the number on her tablet. Not going back to the Roseville location. Clearly the management is substandard.

The service was great, the food was okay. The portion sizes were, of course, amazing. Overall, my true rating would be 3.6. There were some issues with the meats being dry, which is the main focus of the restaurant, and it was a bit noisy—I couldn’t hear the waiters when we were talking.

This is the third time we have been here. This time we had the absolute worst service ever. Took forever to get drink refills, we were asked multiple times for what meat we were looking for we requested it but never given it, then when we were ready we asked for the bill it took 17 minutes to get it. When we did get the meat it was great but I believe that you pay for service now. When I go out I want to be waited on. I am kind to all wait staff and just don’t like having to beg for things when I am paying to eat out. It then makes me feel like a crappy person. Especially when they act like it’s the worst thing in world to stop and refill your drinks or grab you a napkin. I just feel like if I am paying 160 with my tip I want to be treated kindly.

Service started a little rough in the beginning (forgetting utensils, appetizer courses served much later during meal), but picked up and was much better towards the mid and endpoint of the meal. Main problem was with bar staff not executing on simple off menu drink orders. A rum and coke nor Moscow mule (which are 2 ingredient drinks btw) should not taste subpar or flat. Overall okay experience, have had better, but it could have been much worse.

This was our first time in Fogo here is Roseville. We like going to Brazilian churascarias so we are hoping this would be better than the other two in town. It was!! The salad bar selection was great and it shows the meats being cooked too in the area so you get really excited having them. The service was outstanding. Anything you need you just need to ask and it comes right away. They had a manager named Yuri and he was outstanding. He made us feel so comfortable and important. He directed traffic with the other servers and had them bring us stuff even before we thought we needed them like the garlic mashed potatoes and the bread (so good). Everyone from the hostess to the busboys were so attentive. The place was big and classy looking so can be a date place. We went there to celebrate my birthday and I got a nice piece of Cheesecake brulle. Yummy!! Overall this is a 10 out of 10 place for sure.

Great experience going at lunchtime - quiet with not too many people. If you want an energetic vibe, go at dinner (but more pricey). Service by Leah and Victor was outstanding. We had the full churrasco which we thought was a great value. The meats were well presented and tasty. Loved all the meats but our favorite was the lamb. The market table had great variety and was a good way to balance things out. Grilled pineapple was a sugar bomb but so delicious. So glad they opened here.
