The hot part of the salad bar was cold AF. Guys coming around with the meat were very attentive as well as the wait staff. Way too expensive to have hot part of the salad bar cold. Asparagus, cauliflower, bacon, rice, all cold. Fried palenta was fried too hard. Flame Fire was a better experience. Have been to Fugo De Chao in Chgo & Las Vegas, this one in Roseville, while new, was below the standard. Probably won't return.

Excellent attentiveness on the service side. You can tell they are new and are really pulling out all the stops to win some loyal clients, which they did with us! We will be back.

So delicious. Bf and I celebrated in style!!! Bradon was my server. He's so friendly. The gaucho experience was cool. Can't wait to come back again.

We dine at Galpao Goucho in Roseville often. Wanted to try the latest opening Fogo in our area. Food was ok, not bad... not spectacular, for sure. We'll definitely be returning back to Galpao Goucho whenever we want Brazilian Steakhouse, highly suggest skipping Fogo. Thought to also mention, their servers were very attentive... A great wait staff.

Selena, Maurice and Brandon were absolutely wonderful! Brandon took his time with our large party to make sure we had enough drinks and food to make our experience enjoyable. Selena and Maurice also were very attentive and kind and offered helpful conversations to make our luncheon even better. Definitely recommend this place.

We had an amazing dinner experience last evening at Fogo de Chao! Excellent service from each staff member that visited our table, and there were many, all with smiling faces, friendly and helpful. There was a vast array of beautifully presented foods at the Market Table - I tried many things I had never tasted before and everything was fresh, flavorful and delicious. The fire-roasted meats were juicy and bursting with flavor. We tried bacon-wrapped beef and chicken, lamb chops, sausage, and various cuts of beef. We skipped several other cuts of pork and chicken to focus on the meats we really liked, particularly the top and bottom sirloin. My husband’s cocktail, a Caipirinha, was the best he’s ever had. No room for dessert! All in all it was a great experience - an ambiance of celebration of food and holiday! Highly recommend this restaurant.

WAY Overstaffed and couldn’t have a conversation with the constant interruptions from staff trying to upsell or clear my drink/plate. Food was okay, did the signature for $71 and the floor was so slippery that I caught myself luckily on a nearby booth. The lady sitting at booth said I wasn’t the first one to slip. Poor tequila selection. Won’t go back.

We were delighted with our Christmas Day dinner for two at this new Roseville restaurant. We were seated immediately even though we were one hour early and the restaurant was packed full to capacity. The buffet table of cold meets and salads was very excellent. Our Server Selena was so capable . Selena took care of us for the entire meal and we sensed a good standard for the entire staff. We will return soon.
