   My bday is 4/23, I live AZ l& my dad's 70th bday is 4/29, he lives in MI. We're going on a cruise to Alaska 4/14 so we decided to fly in a day early to go sightseeing. So I went online to find somewhere different & special. I chose Fogo de Chao & signed up for their rewards program & bday reward & I told our waiter about it. In which we were told that's totally fine & they would honor both our half off offer. However, after we ate, I was told they could only find $25 off my meal & although they were able to find my dad's info, they didn't see anything associated with rewards. So he paid full price for his meal & his wife's meal. I was soo upset that I was ready to leave without us experiencing any other meats, but the beef :( I totally forgot that I wanted my dad to try lamb for the 1st time. This was a terrible experience, especially for the price we paid for 4 people. We weren't impressed. Very disappointing, sorry dad I owe you another birthday dinner. Maybe Capitol Grill :)

   Cool experience, probably wont go again for a while, would go for a special occasion. definitely overpriced but a fun novelty, the meats were the star for sure

   This was a good experience for a group. While it would have been nice to have the servers come by more often, I would still recommend. It also would have been nice to have just one server. It seemed we had 2 and it got confusing on if a drink order was put in. There were a few times, where we just seemed to have gotten forgotten due to someone thinking we had already been taken care of.

   This wasn’t our first time at a Fogo, so we had some expectations as to what the experience would be. Our first server was easily distracted, seemingly very uncomfortable/out of their element, and couldn’t keep up with the pace. We ordered food and drinks and after 20+ minutes of waiting, we still hadn’t received the warm appetizers/accouterments or our beverages. Mind you, this was a mid-week after 8 reservation, not a booked and busy Saturday night. We were there to celebrate, so asked if we could have a different server to ensure our experience was a good one. It was clear the original server was overwhelmed and had upset several of their other tables. Rather than use it as a learning experience, the manager berated them in front of one of the other tables and put them on lessened duties. Our second server was top notch and totally made up for the initially poor experience. Hosana went above and beyond, stayed on task, and made sure items were brought to the table promptly. She definitely turned our whole evening around and had Hosana not taken over, this review would’ve been a negative one. That said, I’m disappointed the manager never came to speak with us as we’d requested, and instead, chose to embarrass a member of the team and bark orders at others - this could’ve been an opportunity to teach and develop the team, not demean them. Furthermore, the manager walked by and made eye contact several times and never got the courage to come over and make nice - we weren’t going to be rude, and hadn’t been rude to anyone - we just wanted an opportunity to chat about what we’d observed. The management at this location could use improvement, which would also make the servers and diners have a better experience overall.

   This was the most embarrassing, atrocious "happy hour" I have ever experienced. From the very start it was AWFUL. I made a reservation on line in the bar. However, when I arrived, the unfriendly, zero-eye-contact host said "bar is open seating", and left it at that-no menus, no direction. I had clients with me...that is why I made a reservation. We scrambled for the LAST seat. THEN things really turned ugly. NO ONE acknowledged our table for 20 minutes. I finally said something and then the woman told us "she was not our server, she was a bartender, but would take our drink orders to 'help out'". Then, another 15 minutes- no drinks. Another woman stopped by and asked how we were doing, I told her, "not well", and explained we had no drinks. She begrudgingly went and fetched 2 out of the 3 drinks and left the 3rd person waiting. I finally got up and had to hunt down the 3rd drink. We ordered 2 appetizers. 1 was a fried cheese. After a long wait a random server we had never seen before came to tell us there was no cheese and they have not had cheese for 2 weeks. WEIRD, no one else seemed to know about that? Then I saw woman #2 complaining that "I was rude to her", when all I did was tell her we had no drinks. I will NEVER go again. And, I will mention to others to AVOID. I should mention, Vanessa was helpful-the only one who seemed to care.

   Made a reservation for 8:15, arrived at 8 and checked in, then forgotten about. Got seated at 8:55 and the host seating computer appears to show we were due to be seated at 8:24. Host stand was extremely understaffed, leading to long check ins, confusion, upset patrons and a forgotten reservation while multiple tables were open. Waitress forgot our drinks until main meal arrived and we had to ask for them again. Tomahawk steak was very good. Remaining staff were all very friendly, but the overworked host handling multiple responsibilities, should have had help to make the evening for all more enjoyable. A host is a host for a reason and should have no other jobs.

   Went for lunch on Sunday. Very nice, excellent service from a variety of staff. The meats were good and the market table (aka salad bar) was very fresh and appealing. I feel this location is better managed and more relaxed than the Bellevue one. We will be back, for sure.

    We came here to celebrate my boyfriends birthday! We had an absolutely great time, highly enjoyed the Full Churasco experience, market table, and sides, and free birthday dessert! The service was GREAT and really made the birthday so special!
