From Champagne to Prosecco and beyond, you'll uncover the techniques and flavors that make each sparkling wine unique and perfect for every celebration! Tickets for this event are $100.00 per person, plus taxes and fees. The masterclass will begin at 6:00pm and is to be held in the Sycamore room in the Meeting and Event portion of the Hotel.

    The food and wine even to benefit western nc was amazing. The food was incredible and the servant hearts of the chefs and vendors was beyond heartwarming ❤️ Truly a wonderful evening for all.

    The food was beautiful and delicious. The staff is large but not really available. We waited a very long for one of the courses and it ruined the evening for us. By the time it was finally over, everyone was worn out.

    such a wonderful event, the porcelain was extraordinary and I'll be buying a piece. The artist's talk was wonderfully done, very inspiring and her history and the evolution of her style was told with grace and humor. I brought a friend with me and she loved it also.
