Food Lab is a recreational cooking school located in downtown Boulder. Come join us for an evening of hands on or demonstration class, beer and wine. Each class is unique, so be sure to read the class descriptions so you will know what type of cuisine to expect, whether the class has a wine or beer pairing or to see if the class is hand-on or demonstration on any certain evening. Come on in and see what the buzz is about and enjoy and experiential evening with friends and soon to be friends. We are also available to book for private parties.

The Sum of Dim Sum Wednesday May 18th, 6pm

$75. Come travel down the Silk Road and make some little packages of food. We will make and learn to pocket up a few different varieties, make some sauce and learn some history of these timeless little gems.

The Art of Sliders Thursday May 19th 6pm

$75. Sliders, the best way you can eat 5 sandwiches in one sitting. Great way to impress your guests also!

Eat Like an Athlete May 23rd 6pm

$110. Chefs Kelly Newlon of RAD and Casey Easton from Food Lab are leading a hands-on cooking class for athletes with dishes that will power you up for your summer training and racing, running, biking, crossfit, or just eating healthy in general. We will be catering to any food lifestyle - vegan, Gluten Free, and paleo. If you're looking for the perfect way to take your training and racing to the next level, this is the place to start. Cost: ($110) The 110 is a key element of the Suffer Better philosophy - it means giving your all and giving back. We'll be donating 10% of all proceeds from the evening to the Chef Ann Foundation.

Fish Tacos 2 Ways Tuesday May 24th 6pm

$75. Tacos, the comfort and street food of Mexico. We will take you on a culinary journey through space and time, oh, maybe not. Maybe just through some really figgins good tacos. Baja fish, style and grilled style, you choose. A little lime slaw and salsa, what else do you need?

Cubano Cookery Wednesday May 25th 6pm

$75. With only 485 mile from US soil to Cuba we should all know more about the Culinary Especialidades of this Caribbean Island. Now you can. With recipes picked up from my childhood we will explore our neighbor's best kept secrets.
