Forte Dei Marmi Valentine's Day: $290.00 minimum spending plus taxes (9%) and service charge (20%) p/person. We will be offering a special appetizer, entree and dessert along with a la carte menu. A non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee a table. Total pricing pre-paid includes taxes (9%) and service charge (20%). In case there is any remaining balance due at the restaurant, it will be paid by customer towards the end of dinner.

I booked a table for two because I couldn’t book a table for 1, but I was there the night before as 1 And spent over $250. I got to the restaurant and told them I was 1 and they said they couldn’t seat me because the owner would kill them if he saw 1 person at a table if he came. I left and was disgusted. I’ve never been treated like that ever. There are a lot of people that are single and like to enjoy nice dinners. I left embarrassed and disgusted.

Overall a good experience. Pricey but we are in south beach. Server was very personable and well versed in the menu. One off putting item was the automatic 20 percent service charge. Then our server asked for an additional gratuity on top of that.

This place has really depleted their focus on quality and service. Came in 2021, had the best experience, since then, everything has been upcharged astronomically (Gelato is $39), and the service has gotten worse, quality cuts corners (truffle cacio e pepe has significantly less truffle), and the whole experience is lackluster in 2024. We won't be back.

The food was fantastic, as always. The atmosphere was magical. The service was very slow. At times, we felt we had been forgotten. And we had to wait almost an hour to be seated while we could see empty tables already set for guests.

The experience at this restaurant was underwhelming, especially considering its reputation and price point. The cacio e pepe, one of their signature dishes, was overcooked and was not good . The $60 appetizer, zucchini blossoms, was excessively oily, flavorless, and overpriced—essentially $20 per piece. The Bronzino fish was ok but far from remarkable. The only redeeming aspects were the service and ambiance, which were excellent. Overall, this establishment feels like a rip-off. For one of the most expensive restaurants in Miami, the food simply doesn’t deliver.
