Forte dei Marmi freshly procures and skillfully prepares the highest quality local organic produce, farm-raised prime meats, and wild-caught seafood and fish. With his worldwide experience, Andrea Reitano and his Chef Fabrizio Piga, brings together the sophisticated simplicity of Italian fine dining with slow food culture. To that end, the wine and cocktail program will focus on organic and biodynamic offerings.

We had a very nice evening but at the end of this delicious and very expensive dinner, a 65$ service charge was added to our bill . After asking what it was , our waiter explained that it was law in South Florida to add this service charge and that it no way was part of the tip . . We believed him and reluctantly left a tip as well. Now we realize it was not true and we were overcharged unfairly .

The place is so beautifully romantic. Dim, quiet, and intimate. A lovely place for a date night. Service was amazing. Quick and attentive. The food was yummy

One of my favorites! My guests loved everything - creative cocktails, zucchini blossoms, crudo, pasta, Branzino and of course the tiramisu and gelato

Really nice place, exceptional attention, really good food, big portions, they take care of every little detail so you have the most amaizing experience, we celebrated our honeymoon and they even got a special plate for the tiramisu. I would recommend to orden the caccio e Pepe, de gnocchi with shrimp and the tuna tartare. Massimo made a really magical experience for me and my husband. I truly recommend the restaurant

The food overall was overall good and recommend the tuna tar tar and truffle cacio de pepe; however, the rigatoni bolognese was not good with the noodles being chewy and sauce not very flavorful. The restaurant was nice and set up for an intimate dinner; however our experience was not great due to an extremely loud couple sitting next to us. They should change the layout of their two tops to not be all next to each other or be strategic on where they sit customer service especially when there’s plenty of table availability to create a better experience for the customers. Also, some light music would have been nice so that the only thing you hear isn’t the conversation of the table next to you.
