Forte dei Marmi freshly procures and skillfully prepares the highest quality local organic produce, farm-raised prime meats, and wild-caught seafood and fish. With his worldwide experience, Andrea Reitano and his Chef Fabrizio Piga, brings together the sophisticated simplicity of Italian fine dining with slow food culture. To that end, the wine and cocktail program will focus on organic and biodynamic offerings.

We made a reservation and had to wait an extra 30 minutes to be seated but definitely worth the wait ! The food here is incredible, everything you order of the menu you can be sure you will absolutely enjoy !

Amazing ambience and excellent service. Food was good, some we liked more some less. Steak tartare wasn’t to our taste, but the branzino tartare was really nice and the vitello tonnato amazing. The fresh tomato pasta seemed to be prepared with tomato paste, we didn’t enjoy that too much, however the Nerano pasta was tasty. Our server was really attentive, polite, professional. They also removed the 2 dishes we didn’t like from our check, even though we didn’t ask. That was very professional of them. We received a great wine recommendation too, very much enjoyed the Pommard by Louis Latour.

il ristorante non mi ha soddisfatto. Ho ordinato una pasta con tonno e bottarga. Il tonno era tagliato troppo grosso e crudo e non è stato possibile mangiarlo. Al momento del conto mi sarei aspettata maggiore professionalità da parte della gestione, tipo uno sconto o magari il piatto non addebitato, invece l' addebito è stato completo. Il cameriere che porta le tovaglie sulla spalla la trovo una cosa poco igienica e che in Italia non fa nessuno. Il fatto che i camerieri riempiano i bicchieri di acqua fino all' orlo, è un gesto tipicamente americano, per nulla italiano. E' un gesto invadente e per niente cortese.

Nos tardaron mucho en dar la mesa , yo ya había reservado y no respetaron el horario no dejaron media hr afuera . La comida deliciosa pero me pareció muy carísimo .
