Forte dei Marmi freshly procures and skillfully prepares the highest quality local organic produce, farm-raised prime meats, and wild-caught seafood and fish. With his worldwide experience, Andrea Reitano and his Chef, brings together the sophisticated simplicity of Italian fine dining with slow food culture. To that end, the wine and cocktail program will focus on organic and biodynamic offerings.

Overall a good experience. Pricey but we are in south beach. Server was very personable and well versed in the menu. One off putting item was the automatic 20 percent service charge. Then our server asked for an additional gratuity on top of that.

This place has really depleted their focus on quality and service. Came in 2021, had the best experience, since then, everything has been upcharged astronomically (Gelato is $39), and the service has gotten worse, quality cuts corners (truffle cacio e pepe has significantly less truffle), and the whole experience is lackluster in 2024. We won't be back.

The food was fantastic, as always. The atmosphere was magical. The service was very slow. At times, we felt we had been forgotten. And we had to wait almost an hour to be seated while we could see empty tables already set for guests.

The experience at this restaurant was underwhelming, especially considering its reputation and price point. The cacio e pepe, one of their signature dishes, was overcooked and was not good . The $60 appetizer, zucchini blossoms, was excessively oily, flavorless, and overpriced—essentially $20 per piece. The Bronzino fish was ok but far from remarkable. The only redeeming aspects were the service and ambiance, which were excellent. Overall, this establishment feels like a rip-off. For one of the most expensive restaurants in Miami, the food simply doesn’t deliver.

Absolutely in love with this place, it’s truly a hidden gem, the quality of the food is incredible, and I felt like I was eating in Italy! Will be coming back for more Cacio e Pepe!!!
