Forte Garden is made up of two essential “ingredients”: on the one hand, a deep love, respect, and gratitude for the seafood culinary tradition that strongly shaped our childhood. Thanks to our moms and grandmothers, who lovingly introduced us to this incredible cultural heritage, we carry indelible memories of it.

    Our server, Francesca, was fantastic! She was one of the best servers I’ve ever encountered. She was personable without being pushy and knowledgeable without being arrogant. Thanks for taking care of us, Francesca!

    Hanno aperto troppo presto il posto dopo il cambio di indirizzo: praticamente abbiamo mangiato quello che avevano; non quello che volevamo noi. Visto che mi hanno chiamato per avvertire del cambio di indirizzo avrei preferito sapere tutta la situazione. Sicuramente non sarei andato a queste condizioni visto che ero anche con clienti.

    Since we happened to dine on the restaurant’s last service night, there were missing items on the menu. It was very inappropriate of them not to inform us of this detail during the reservation.

    Ottima accoglienza in questo locale raccolto ed elegante, con una “mise en place” di pregio (porcellane di Villeroy&Boch e cristallerie griffate). Servizio molto accurato e molto professionale.. Venendo al cibo: al……banco del pesce (!!) abbiamo acquistato uno scorfano che ci è stato servito come condimento ai paccheri con salsa di pomodoro seguiti da un guazzetto con olive Taggiasche e a concludere un Tiramisù’ preparato al tavolo. Unico appunto sulla lista dei vini che ha qualche lacuna (niente Sauvignon al calice o Gewutztraminer in bottiglia). Nel complesso serata perfettamente riuscita in un ristorante dove il prezzo, certamente non economico, è comunque assolutamente in linea con lo stile, la eleganza del locale e la qualità del cibo

    Excellent restaurant, fish extremely well cooked and extremely tasty. Pistachio ice cream for dessert was nicest ice cream I've tasted and so fresh. Staff were very accommodating and made some great recommendations. Highly recommend this restaurant!

    We were in Italy for 2 weeks and had extraordinary’food. This was not one of them. The pasta was so Al dente that it was hard to eat. My husbands tuna had no taste. Try somewhere else!
