I had an absolutely incredible dining experience at Four Flamingos in the Hyatt Grand Cypress. From start to finish, everything was beyond my expectations—beautiful ambiance, impeccable service, and some of the best food I’ve had in a long time.
To start, I ordered the pork belly and crab cakes, and both were out of this world. The pork belly was so tender it melted in my mouth. It had this amazing rich flavor with the right touch of sweetness. The crab cakes were equally impressive—packed with fresh lump crab, light on the filler, and complemented by a delicious citrusy flavor that made every bite feel like the perfect coastal dish.
For my main course, I went with the lemon-infused pasta with shrimp, and it was simply perfection. The pasta had this bright, fresh citrus flavor that paired beautifully with the shrimp, which were cooked just right—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The whole dish was light yet indulgent at the same time, and I honestly didn’t want it to end.
But the biggest surprise of the night was the key lime pie. I was expecting a great dessert, but I was not expecting it to be lit on fire at the table! The flame gave the whipped cream this slightly burnt, charred taste that added an incredible depth to the sweetness. It was such a unique twist on a classic, and I loved every bite.
To top it all off, the cocktails were amazing. I had the Raspberry Muerte, and it was the perfect mix of bold, fruity, and just the right amount of jalapeño kick. The drinks here are just as thoughtfully crafted as the food, making the entire experience even better.
Four Flamingos is one of those places that makes you excited about food again. Every dish was packed with flavor, and the whole experience felt special yet effortless. If you’re looking for an unforgettable meal in Orlando, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be back!
