Fraiche (French for Fresh) is a fresh take on culinary fusion with inspiration from multiple cultures (including French, Cajun/Southern American, and Caribbean). This is also a fresh take on the historic architecture of the venue, which was once a theater.

Fraiche is designed to be a non-pretentious culinary destination with a nod to upscale dining without the stuffiness. The menu is constructed in a way that takes approachable and recognizable food and elevates it, with no flavor left behind!

Since the beginning of time, food has brought people together and that is our ultimate goal with this concept.

The food was 10/10. I had the red snapper, crab soup, and wagyu meatballs and everything was amazing!!!!! The crab soup was actually pretty meaty- they were not stingy at all.

I came here to celebrate my birthday with my Bestie and it was GREAT. I met the Owner Matthew. I asked that he bought out my drink and take a picture and he did with no hesitation. He truly made my night. THE FOOD…OMG SO GOOD. You know how he drops his fork after his first bite I swear I did it. I had the lamb chops with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Bless that man’s talent…CONGRATULATIONS “MR. MAKE IT HAPPEN” I will be back for more food. Thank you for a GREAT MEAL 🥰💕

100000/10 experience. Everything was great. The host and the servers were super polite and friendly. All of the food came out fairly quick and was fresh and hot. All of the food had unique and satisfying flavoring all throughout each dish. I had the charbroiled oyster with the crab lump and lobster, the mambo flavor chicken wings, the gumbo w/ cornbread and broccolini, and thr macaroon cheesecake. Mr. MakeItHappen came to our table to chat with us and gave us suggestions. We took pictures with him. He’s a super cool guy. This was an awesome experience and I’ll definitely be back to try everything on the menu.

Although construction was going and we were seated at the bar, the vibe was great. Bartenders had amazing service and made some decent drinks. The food didn’t disappoint either! Overall I would highly recommend this spot for date nights or group outings

I absolutely loved the ambiance of the restaurant—it was warm and cozy, creating the perfect setting for a family dinner or a romantic date night. The food was truly top-tier, and the customer service was exceptional. The owner, Mr. "Make It Happen," personally visited our table several times to ensure we were satisfied with both the food and service. His genuine attention to every customer added a personal touch that made the experience even more special.

Just woke up from the food comma i experienced while at Fraiche, I cannot wait to see how this establishment grows. The food is top notch, service (probably recruited from the school of fine dining). Drinks were strong and perfect. Matt was boots on the ground conversing with everyone, which set the tone of the night everyone was in a great mood and even talking to tables next to them and recommending their next plate…just outstanding and I dont normally leave reviews lol. 1000/10

The entire dining experience was truly exceptional. My expectations for the meal were set high, and I am pleased to say that the restaurant exceeded them. We indulged in a variety of dishes, including succulent lamb, perfectly seasoned garlic mashed potatoes, a rich and flavorful she-crab soup, a refreshing fraiche salad, deliciously tender crab cakes, and charbroiled oysters. While the oysters were enjoyable, they could have used a bit more smoke and depth of flavor to elevate the experience. That said, the other dishes more than made up for it. Each dish was prepared with great attention to detail, showcasing both creativity and skill. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and the flavors harmonized beautifully. In addition to the outstanding food, the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel welcome throughout the meal. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking an outstanding culinary experience paired with excellent service.

The service was great. We even got a glass of champagne on the house. The drinks were great. The sticky ribs, chicken wings and Mac and cheese were excellent. The Cornish hens was good but a little on the dry side. The steak was good but needed some salt and the broccolini was just okay. Overall the experience was good and I can’t wait to go again!

We visited Fraiche for my mom’s birthday and had an amazing experience! The food was amazing. Anything you order is an elevated experience and has very robust flavors…so you can’t go wrong. Drinks encompass unique ingredients. Please note, the restaurant did just open a week or so ago, so allow them some grace with their transition. Last but certainly not least, the customer service is impeccable! The management along with your server and waitstaff all are very hands on and diligent. They make sure your experience is one of a kind. If you haven’t been outside lately but want to get out, make it a night out at Fraiche.
