   Fredrick’s belongs to The Hotel Carlton Bournemouth, The Hotel is let’s say has seen better days which is reflected in the Bar and Restaurant however the staff in the restaurant are friendly. Tommy looked after us both nights. He’s so professional and friendly. We were on a deal. Room Bed & Breakfast and 3 course dinner. The menu for this deal is fine. Plenty of choice. The food we had was nice. Ok place for a deal. Breakfast standard. But considering the deal plenty of choice.

   The food was delicious albeit overpriced but the whole resteraunt needs a revamp very tired , cutlery so old very tarnished same as all dinnerware , the mugs at breakfast had lost their glaze There is a crack in one of the windows which if touched would be very dangerous
