    Para ofrecer noche mágica de año nuevo dejo mucho que desear.... total desorganizaron para recibir 2025 ofrecieron fuegos artificiales pero solo sacaron la cortina de pirotecnia y vimos fuegos artificiales de otros restaurantes, el DJ nada festivo para la ocasión, seguramente para comer es un bue restaurante pero en esta ocasión para celebrar año nuevo nos decepcionó.

    Ordered a simple grilled salmon (very bland), ceaser salad, kid macaroni. Took over an hour to be served. Manager came to apologize after 50 minutes. Gave us a half pour of terrible champagne. Best thing was the DJ playing great 80’s music.

    Great experience! I’m so glad that we left our resort to dine at Fred’s. It definitely added to our vacation experience. The menu options were great, the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend. We would absolutely return!

    Fred’s is our family’s favorite restaurant in Cancun for many reasons. The food, service & setting are consistently outstanding. Great cocktails.

    Everything about our visit to Fred's was perfect. From the attentive manager to our waiter Raul, the service was impeccable. The food was great and they were very accommodating of daughters' gluten allergy.

    If you come here make sure you know you’re coming for the vibe and not the food. Food is not worth the price, it comes cold and it tastes like nothing.

    We had high expectations based on reviews but were left a bit disappointed. For the price, the food did not meet expectations. Most dishes came out cool. The standout was the grilled Branzino. Our server Dennis was good but he was busy running throughout. The atmosphere on the outside patio under the gazebo was private and quiet. It was a nice setting. I had requested to celebrate a birthday in advance but our server was not informed so we had to request this at the end of the meal. Overall not worth the price in our experience.

    Indeed they had Attentive service. The Food is Overrated. Ambience was loud and loud music detracted from the dining experience.
